A 20% deposit is required at check out to reserve your date and rentals.
You’ll receive a waiver and invoice by email with your total, including mileage. If your event is over 15 miles from Canton, there’s a $1 per mile travel fee.
We arrive 1 - 2 hours before your event to set up and return 20 - 45 minutes after for cleanup so we’re not in the way of any of your guests.
Final payment must be made before our team leaves the site at set up or a $45 late fee will be applied.
We charge a $25 cancellation fee for each product in our inventory in addition to your nonrefundable deposit if you cancel within a month of your event. If you happen to cancel more than a month away from your event date, there is no cancellation fee.
